About the Event: LET THE SUNSHINE IN! Honoring the show’s origins as a bold critique of American imperialism, HAIR NOW combines a timeless rock musical score with modern day activism. Stars of stage and screen will take the mic and raise their voices on revolutionary music, with speeches from inspiring community leaders. This concert will gather and galvanize theatre professionals and fans, activists and organizations, to harness the power of music, dance and theater for an unforgettable night of music and solidarity at Judson Memorial Church!
Benefiting the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, Palestine Red Crescent Society, UN World Food Program, and mutual aid funds. Featuring speakers Riham Barghouti (Amplify Palestine), Morgan Bassichis (Jewish Voice For Peace). Participating Organizations/Actions: Theatreworkers for a Ceasefire, Not on Our Dime Coalition, Mask Off Maersk, Boycat, Dancers For Palestine, and more!
