About the Event: Directed by Tony Award winner Sam Pinkleton, this must see “solo” show by Morgan Bassichis features and honors the work and life of queer comedian, musician, and performance artist Frank Maya. Maya was among the first out gay comedians on network television and on the precipice of mainstream success before he died from AIDS-related complications in 1995. 

Seating: During the ASL-interpreted performance, a professional interpreter will be positioned House Left to deliver an interpretation of the show so Deaf and Hard of Hearing patrons can immerse themselves in the performance. When you follow the link above (or select June 20th at 5pm as your performance date), please reserve tickets in the left side of the house that are titled “ASL Reserved Seat” so your seats will be in the section with the clearest view of the interpreter.
