About the Event: Zap! brings you into the world where noir fiction bridges with fantasy; it is in this world where humans and anthropomorphic species coexist, and the rules and ancient laws are written in the skies known as the “Sky Laws”. Our audiences are given a rare opportunity to bear witness of two anthropomorphic professionals, a detective and a police officer, take the lead in an investigation on the death of a human male following a freak accident. 

The plot thickens as the nature of this world is potentially jeopardized by the sole witness, a human female resident who may be more than she looked, and the human police commissioner, who may be operating with ulterior motives. The investigation hinges on: whether the species can coexist to work together, solve the case, and restore justice to their world? Or will they cease to forever chalk the case up to a natural lightning zap… or as the Sky Laws forbid, magic? 

This show will be presented in American Sign Language with English voiceover.
