We worked with ICS on our company's annual fundraising Gala -- which included not only speeches but interpretations of song performances. They were wonderful to work with, highly adaptable to our needs and wonderfully warm and supportive in their services! Thanks to all who helped us with our special night!

We had three sign language interpreters and one CART captioner attend our event in September 2024 and they were absolutely fantastic.

Inclusive Communication Services provided CART captioning for two screenings at the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival this year and I could not be more impressed and thrilled with their services. Their response time to my inquiry was quick, they are very professional and detailed oriented and requested a lot of preliminary information before the event to be prepared for what we were providing to our audiences. I will use this service for all of my events in the future.

ICS has been an amazing partner for the past several years. Most recently, they provided ASL interpretation for all 7 classes of our all day yoga event on June 20, 2024. They are professional and dependable!

The team from Inclusive ASL who interpreted at our Gala were exceptional! We received great feedback from patrons. Much of our Gala program is improvised, and they were on point throughout. I would like to commend the work of Inclusive Communication Services, a Certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise committed to ethical, individualized, and inclusive translation to make it possible for all to participate equally in discussions that help shape the future of our communities. Specifically, Aitana Cuenca Espinós, Spoken Language Service Coordinator, and her team, including Yanna and I-Ching, have been assisting Pena-Alcantara Consultants and our clients with translations in both Chinese and Spanish that have greatly assisted in fostering dialogue about ways of addressing flooding caused by intense rainfall. Understanding and communicating both the technical and emotional aspects of flood impact is a task that Aitana and her colleagues have performed superbly in both written text and simultaneous verbal translation. we needed a last min interpreter for a funeral graveside service in Queens and had a WONDERFUL interpreter who was able to clear their schedule and help a mourner participate in burying their friend and begin their grieving process. Super professional and adept.

Inclusive Communication Services has done an amazing job with all of our zoom meetings, getting online on time and troubleshooting to make sure zoom is working properly. On our most recent webinar, despite our last minute change, Inclusive Communication Services was able to jump in and quickly adjust and provide us with professional American Sign Language and spoken language for our viewers and for our deaf panelist presenting. The voice over that was provided for our deaf presenter was clear and communicated our presenter's message and passion for what she was presenting on. We will keep using them as our preferred vendor for local, national and international events and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for interpreting and translation services.

Wonderful free ASL interpretation!

ICS is incredible. Their attention to detail and overall intentionality is so important in spaces where accessibility is possible! This was my first time hiring an interpreter team for a live comedy show and ICS really worked with me. They also were patient with me as I asked many questions about this sort of service. Overall, I'm just so grateful that I found ICS.

ICS has been instrumental to our postproduction video process for my work with DRNY's disability advocacy podcast, "Empire State of Rights." The request process is easy, dependable, and has made our podcast more accessible for our audience. ICS is also a fundamental resource for consultations regarding in-person and media-related accessibility services. I highly recommend them.

I visited NYC as an outsider and was blown away with how accessible the Time Square NYE celebration were. They had a LIVE interpreter on their streaming and in-person at the Time Square. Many thanks to the ASL Interpreters who provided such a professional service at our MLK Event in Ridgewood NJ on January 15th 2024. Our event went longer than expected, and we were not able to have much of the program ahead of time but it didn't ruffle them at all.
