Playing Dungeons & Dragons with ICS at the New York Comic Con was terrific. Accessible gaming with ICS really is a game changer! I enjoyed learning to play dnd at ICS’s booth at New York Comic Con. As a player, it was neat to experience different perspectives of Deaf and Blind players and DMs. ICS provided ASL interpreters, Audio Description and Captioing services, so I was able to fully participate with new friends as I am learning ASL. It was so much fun!

I had a great experience watching Murder on the Links at Two River Theater in New Jersey! The ASL interpretation, provided by Inclusive Communication Services, was fantastic. Accessibility is an essential part of inclusion, and Inclusive Communication Services delivered it with excellence at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in France. Their ASL interpreting, CART captioning, and service coordination teams supported our conference stages, networking spaces, and last-minute changes with calm professionalism and deep care. ICS has a wonderful coordinator by the name of Aitana. She recently coordinated a team of captioners to close caption the Cannes Lions International Festival 2025, festival/conference Aitana made sure that accessibility/CART was the the forefront and knew what her team needed every session to do their best. Hooray for Aitana! Great job!
Aitana's communication skills are wonderful as she kept in touch with the CART providers and responded to questions promptly. She organized schedules and helped with technical/audio issues. This took her quick-thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve. Aitana is great to work with!

ICS is perfect for our event! This is the second year we have hired ICS to interpret the main stage of our Pocono Pride Festival. They were incredibly easy to work with, we discussed ways to improve from last year, and they even sent a report on how we can improve again for next year! With hours of diverse entertainment, bands, drag shows, group performances, and announcements, ICS was ready to spread the word! Flexible and Responsive!
We had a very positive experience working with Inclusive Communication Services. They were flexible and responsive to our needs for our annual fundraising Gala, which was a musical theater program featuring both speeches and song lyrics. The interpreters they provided were wonderful and added so much to our special event : )

We booked ICS for our community Pride Festival. The ICS team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, very flexible and easy to work with. The interpreters had fantastic energy and were a delight to watch perform! We absolutely plan to have them back next year and hopefully all the years to follow. ICS is a must have addition to your community event. ICS was without a doubt the right team for the job!
A celebration for all!
The team from Inclusive ASL who interpreted at our Gala were exceptional! We received great feedback from patrons. Much of our Gala program is improvised, and they were on point throughout. We have a mix of speeches and performances. One portion of the Gala even involved a world champion MC and the interpreters were incredible. Highly recommend!

Inclusive Communication Services has done an amazing job with all of our zoom meetings, getting online on time and troubleshooting to make sure zoom is working properly. On our most recent webinar, despite our last minute change, Inclusive Communication Services was able to jump in and quickly adjust and provide us with professional American Sign Language and spoken language for our viewers and for our deaf panelist presenting. The voice over that was provided for our deaf presenter was clear and communicated our presenter's message and passion for what she was presenting on. We will keep using them as our preferred vendor for local, national and international events and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for interpreting and translation services.
