Recently, as a cast member, it was a beautiful experience to have myself and the rest of the cast, and speakers voiced by Sarah & Avery during a live production produced by The Anthropologists. This is the second or third time I’ve had the pleasure of being voiced by or seen interpreters from Inclusive Communications Services. Inclusive Communication Services was so fantastic to work with! They organization was able to provide a fantastic group of interpreters that met our the needs of our event and were able to quickly pivot when outside circumstances required it. Inclusive Community Services helped us have interpretation services for the first annual Northern Slavery Collective conference. The organization is in its early stages, which is hopeful to expand publicly through a website and social media as a resource to the public and educational communities for understanding and learning about the underrepresented stories of enslaved people.
