ICS is amazing! We use their ASL interpreting services in our virtual meetings for the National Human Trafficking and Disabilities Working Group (NHTDWG). Working with ICS from start to finish is a breeze, and the interpreters are professional friendly, and familiar with the virtual technology. They also spend time prior to the meeting becoming familiar with commonly used acronyms and jargon to be sure they're communicating effectively.
