Real-time Live Captioning Services for the Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and Late Deafened

We had an exceptional experience working with Inclusive Communication Services on a big event last June. They were generous partners for our benefit fundraiser, with a very clear process for preparing the interpreters with the songs they were interpreting. The ICS team provided excellent and dynamic service to our event. Our show combined the poetic rock musical Hair with lively activist speeches. ICS took our event to the next level, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Working with ICS was a pleasure from start to finish. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to provide a competent interpreter for a major charity event. The interpreter arrived on time and was prepared for the job, which was executed in excellence.

This internship was a great experience! I especially loved that my program was led by a Deaf coordinator, who worked hard to make sure my time at this agency was great. Inclusive Communication Services provided CART captioning for two screenings at the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival this year and I could not be more impressed and thrilled with their services. Their response time to my inquiry was quick, they are very professional and detailed oriented and requested a lot of preliminary information before the event to be prepared for what we were providing to our audiences. I will use this service for all of my events in the future.

ICS has been an amazing partner for the past several years. Most recently, they provided onsite ASL services for the New Year's Eve Ball Drop in Times Square as well as on our free livestream. They also provided ASL services for all 7 classes of our all day yoga event on June 20, 2024. They are professional and dependable!

Working with the ICS team was a delight. We booked ICS for our community Pride Festival and they were an outstanding addition to our event. The team from Inclusive ASL who interpreted at our Gala were exceptional! We received great feedback from patrons. Much of our Gala program is improvised, and they were on point throughout. ICS was highly recommended by one of our partner organizations, and they were right! The ASL interpreters from ASL for our annual online gala made our event even better. From our first inquiry, they were helpful and patient with all our questions.
