Shelby and the ASL interpreters at ICS are extremely professional and a true pleasure to work with. Shelby made scheduling a breeze and answered all of my questions to ensure that our first time with an interpreter went as smoothly as possible. They did a beautiful job interpreting for our live event and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Transformative experience for both performers and audience. Professional, accommodating, and the best in their field. Enthusiastically endorse.

Great experience! Tyler answered my call right away and was able to help me get my project captioned in a timely manor. Turned out great. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I knew nothing about how to approach this and everyone at ICS took great care of us and our guests. I also learned so much about how much more we need to do on this end to make our experiences more accessible to all.

I recently worked with Tyler from Inclusive Communication Services for a work event and he was extremely helpful in providing simultaneous ASL interpretation for our program. He was so easy to work with, patient, and dedicated to providing his services to make our program more accessible for our greater community, and I would definitely work with him, and Inclusive Communication Services, in the future.

I absolutely love ICS! They were able to send me a very friendly sign language interpreter last-minute for a job interview with a Deaf candidate. The coordinator walked me through everything on the phone and even gave me some tips on how to properly use an interpreter- it never even occurred to me to ask! Very helpful and affordable- I’ll definitely use them again in the future 🙂

I would give Inclusive Communication Services 10 stars if I could. They do the ASL interpretation for all of our events at The Indie Theater Fund. Most recently, they did our annual event – this year…virtually. It was NOT an easy task and Shelby was professional, upbeat and incredibly clear. I highly recommend them and am looking forward to working with them in 2021.

They were beyond generous in getting a show I was working on interpreted. Had COVID not hit we absolutely would have brought them back again and again.

I have used their services several times and have always been impressed with their knowledge and their professionalism as ASL Interpreters.

Inclusive Communication Services, Inc., [has] allowed me to open up my productions to include an audience that, most often, is forgotten about or find it difficult to attend a theater show…

What a joy it is to work with ICS! The ICS Coordinator was an incredible guide as we began our rehearsal process for Dancing Girl, our bilingual stage adaptation of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. We couldn’t have done it without their leadership and foresight. They know their team exceedingly well, and introduced us to a stellar group of interpreters whose specialties aligned with the specific needs of our project, down to the day. The result manifested in consistent and supportive practice rooms and an inclusive production that changed the lives of both our team and our audiences. We feel so lucky to have worked with ICS and can’t wait for the next project.
