Event Promotion Form

For organizations with confirmed accessibility services at their events who want to showcase them on our Accessible Events Calendar. Please review the Event Promotion Policy before submitting.

Donation

We ask for a minimum $10 donation per calendar event. It supports ICS C.A.R.E.S., funding accessibility services for organizations that could not otherwise afford them.
